Adults

At the Ladder our belief is to help all adults stay involved, feel valued, and play an important role in our community. We want to “be there” for our young at heart (seniors) by loving, encouraging and supporting them to be well, maintain their independence and stay engaged in the happenings of the community. We give adults a quality place to stay involved and connect, to have fun, and to provide services and information for their well being.

Reopening Guidelines

  • Each time you visit, upon entering the building, you will be asked to answer a series of health questions.
  • The first time you visit, upon entering the building, you will be asked to sign a waiver.
  • Click the buttons below to view the health questions and waiver. If you would like to print the waiver and sign it before you come, it will make your sign-in process a little quicker.

How Do I Become a Member?

The Ladder has played an integral part in the lives of many in our community. By becoming involved at The Ladder, a person is investing in his or her overall health and well being. Because of this important service we provide to so many, we ask individuals to pay a nominal membership fee. We call it a personal investment. This cost will bring The Ladder one step closer to being a self-sustaining non-profit beacon in our community.

If you paid a yearly fee for Oct. 2019 - Sep. 2020:
  • The Ladder will provide you with a credit for the 6 months that you were unable to attend due to the COVID-19 closure.
  • The remaining balance of your annual PI fee will be due January 1, 2021.
  • You will be given a discounted price of $25.00 if paid on or before Dec. 30, 2020.
  • After Dec. 31, 2020, the cost will be $30.

If you were paying by the month and paid for the month of March 2020:
  • Your paid monthly fee for March will be applied to Jan. 2021.
  • You will not need to pay a fee until Feb. 1, 2021.

2021 Personal Investment (PI) Fees:
  • The 2021 PI fee covers 12 months: Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2021.
  • If you paid the annual fee for 2019-2020, your balance will be $25 for 2021 if you pay on or before Dec. 31, 2020. After Dec. 31, 2020, the cost will be $30.
  • New members:
    • Annual PI fee: $50 if paid on or before Dec. 31, 2020 or $60 if paid after Dec. 31, 2020.
    • Monthly PI fee: $5.00.
    • Daily PI fee: $2.00.
