Join us once again for a presentation from the Oceana County Historical and Genealogical Society. Our subject this month will be Farming and Migrant stories. Who knows maybe you have some new information or details to share? Come and add to the story.
$5 per clay pot. All materials provided. All you need to bring is your own creativity! Bring a child or grandchild and enjoy this fun activity together. Please sign up below. Each participant including youth must individually sign up.
We had a successful first 6 week session and are excited to offer another round of this great class! If you join on Tuesday the 7th you can pay up front and save $10. There will be a few makeup sessions so if you miss one of the 12 you will still be able get your money's worth.
The "Life Fitness" class will consist of Muscular Strength exercises, as well as Muscular Endurance. Both are very important for handling everyday tasks in our busy lives. This will include learning proper form and body alignment throughout our workout. Both important for prevention of injury. We will include balance work, followed by floor work and stretching.
For equipment we will be using hand weights, resistant tubes and floor mats. Most equipment will be provided please bring a floor mat if you have one.
Open to Adults 18 and older.
