The "Life Fitness" class will consist of Muscular Strength exercises, as well as Muscular Endurance. Both are very important for handling everyday tasks in our busy lives. This will include learning proper form and body alignment throughout our workout. Both important for prevention of injury. We will include balance work, followed by floor work and stretching.
For equipment we will be using hand weights, resistant tubes and floor mats. Most equipment will be provided please bring a floor mat if you have one.
Open to Adults 18 and older.
