This 45-minute class combines cardiovascular, balance, and strength exercises for a complete exercise routine. It is adaptable to all fitness levels and can be done sitting or standing.
Are you looking for an opportunity to dance, but don’t have a partner? No problem. W now offer a basic class in line dancing, with a slower paced program for seniors. This class is led by Paulette Zoulek, using favorite songs from the ‘50s and ‘60s.
NOTE: NO LINE DANCING CLASS ON 5/15 OR 5/22.
This video workout is based on 4 simple steps: walk in place, side step, knee lifts, & kicks. It is adaptable to each person’s fitness level.
