We are accepting applications for private events at The Ladder

Important Information:
  1. Maximum capacity of the facility is 258 people.
  2. Spaces available for facility use: gym, café, game area, kitchen, classroom.
  3. TLCC personnel will be present at all times during use.  Ladder personnel will unlock the building at the time specified on the reservation form as “check-in-time” and secure it after use.  
  4. There is no set fee for the use of TLCC; however, this organization is funded by donations.  A donation to The Ladder as well as to the staff member present during your event would be appreciated.
  5. Usage times:  Activities in the building must end by 10 pm on the day of the event.  The building must be emptied by 11pm.  Sunday events can only be held from 12:30-5:30 pm. If using the facility until 5:30, the building must emptied by 6:30pm.
  6. Serving Food: Events/gatherings at TLCC where food is served must be prepared by a licensed caterer if the event/gathering is open to the public.  (Example: Events published in the paper or by flyers in public places.

Please click the button below for a printable PDF of the Facility Use Application.  The completed form must be mailed or delivered to TLCC staff at least two weeks in advance of the use of the building or property.  Date of use will not be confirmed until the completed form has been approved by TLCC staff. If you would like to verify that The Ladder is available on the date that you need it, you may call The Ladder at (231-259-0211 before you return the form.
