At The Ladder, our belief is that all youth have amazing potential. Values, habits and skills youth learn as they grow are vital building blocks for life. We want to love, encourage and support the teens of our community, so they can unleash their potential to be the best they are capable of becoming. We give teens a quality, safe, structured alternative to belong, to have fun, to build confidence, and to learn leadership behaviors without being pressured by negative influences. All our programs are under the supervision of caring adults who have had background checks.
Youth currently in 6th-12th grade are eligible to register.
Youth can also come into The Ladder to register on one of our computers. If you have questions about registration, please contact us.

NOTE: This is a general registration form. It does not include information for our Summer Break Out program. Please come in to fill out all the necessary forms for that program.
