Thank you for desiring an opportunity to serve at The Ladder Community Center! This project was born out of the vision to know our neighbors, serve together and transform lives. The Ladder is a Christ-centered organization that seeks to bring our community together by making this vision happen in Shelby. We understand that people from various faith backgrounds want to be good neighbors and give back to our community. We want you to be involved in this exciting journey. Your desire to serve is an integral piece to our vision.
How Do I Sign Up?
To make The Ladder a safe place for the youth and adults, all volunteers will go through a screening process. Please understand this process is important for the integrity of the organization.
1.) Applications open to persons 18 years and older.
2.) Background checks will be completed.
3.) Short interviews and references will be contacted.
4.) If approved, an orientation and training will take place.
